famous as a moon-jumping cow

i like to think i have a good handle what what is common knowledge, but in the off chance that this is new information to someone:

there exists a simple sentence, "the quick, brown fox jumped over the lazy dog," that uses all 26 letters of the english alphabet at least once. known as a pangram (greek for 'every letter'), this can be useful for times when you want to see how each letter looks for a particular font, and it has other applications also.

knowledge of this sentence makes this otherwise rather boring video of a lithe earth-toned vulpine hurdling a docile canine a little more amusing :)
